The role of project coordinator includes the monitoring and management of the performance and delivery of all subcontractors, taking on overall responsibility for the efficient completion of works on site and the quality of the same.
With a background in customer service, having started her career as a hot desk operator for MITIE, Georgina has experience of liaising with facilities managers and leading High Street names – her key client during her time with MITIE was Primark.
Georgina is delighted to be joining what is a rapidly expanding team at Saracen Small Works: “Saracen is a company which has a strong reputation for nurturing and investing in its team and I know that this is a perfect opportunity for me to progress. I will be fully supported and encouraged to grow in this role and I am relishing the challenges that working on some of the busier projects will present. The division was founded on the business of Saracen’s existing clients and my priority will be to understand the clients and their businesses so that I can ensure that all their needs are met during project delivery.”
Saracen Small Works has grown considerably in the three years since its official launch, doubling its turnover year on year. Popular services include smaller design and build projects, alterations to existing space, re-decoration, modifications to power and data, general upgrading and updating, relocation of staff and supply of new furniture.
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is pleased to welcome Georgina: “Georgina is a highly-skilled, accomplished worker who is adept at resolving situations before they become problematic and ensuring that all runs smoothly. She is a welcome addition who I expect will sit well with the existing team and be a good ambassador to the brand. It’s important that we have the right team in place to manage Saracen Small Works continued growth and help us to maintain the high standards that our clients have come to expect.”
