From its inception in 1946, CH2M Hill has become a global leader in providing engineering, construction and program management services. With more than 23,500 employees in various regional offices worldwide and gross revenues of US$6.3 billion, Saracen Interiors was delighted to be asked to fit out their new office space at Headingley Park, Leeds.
Saracen commenced improving the existing bland and dull working environment of 2 floors of office space for all the 400 staff to be relocated into the new space.Work included space planning for glazed offices, meeting rooms and store walls plus a new reception area with corporate colour-coded ceiling raft and bespoke desk.A new raised access flooring was installed to allow for all the cabling and power to berouted to the new desking stations. A power access door was also installed to meet DDA guidelines.
Further refurbishments included a new kitchen and break-out area along with general redecoration, new carpet, window blinds and lighting all helping to enhance the working environment.Saracen is pleased to have supported CH2M Hill again having built a strong relationship with this client in recent years. The team at CH2M Hill knows that Saracen will use their understanding of its business and daily operations to ensure that the building matches its requirement and is a welcome destination for the end-user.
“I am beyond thrilled with our new space and cannot thank each of you and the rest of the Saracen team enough for all the support given throughout the Leeds project and for all the hard work and late nights!”
