Project: Move Management & Office Fit Out
Project Size: 5,000 sq ft
Timeline: 8 weeks
Saracen worked closely with Murata to ensure best use of space, improved comfort levels to promote staff wellbeing, increased use of natural light and a unique use of corporate branding, with the curved feature wall designed to make an impact, providing an eye-catching platform for the
company’s branding and associated images. Murata was also advised by Saracen regarding its relocation, with the office interiors expert overseeing the company’s office move. Joint Managing Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page comments: “We have built a solid
relationship with Murata that spans over 12 years and havebeen delighted to be able to help the team with all aspects of the company’s office move.”"Over the years, we have helped Murata with a varied mix of small works projects, from redecoration and office churn to refurbishment contracts. It’s been great to undertake a wider service offering for this client and we look forward to working with them again in the future.”
HR and GA manager for Murata Electronics, Peter Welford adds: “We never considered putting this project out to tender as we were totally confident that Saracen would complete the fit-out and move within our limited timescale, so there was only ever one name on the shortlist. Saracen is an outstanding, specialist company with a reliable team of experts. Each individual is fully committed and works hard to exceed expectations and to demonstrate the highest of standards. Our project manager was exceptional; overseeing all aspects of the job, ensuring
the project went smoothly, providing key creative suggestions and making sure all of our needs were met. Saracen really does have a stand out team.”
