The measure of a good party rests on the caliber of its guests and with former rugby union player and coach, Sir Clive Woodward in the mix at its new office opening earlier this month.
Guest list aside, the spanking new designs that were officially unveiled to the group of colleagues, customers, suppliers and members of the media were, of course, courtesy of Saracen - and we're incredibly proud of the result!
In the heart of the city of London, on the bank of the river Thames, Vintners Place truly qualifies as a landmark address.
The gathering was there to celebrate the new interiors, which we had designed to reflect Tata's vision of a mobile, flexible working environment - interiors which were described by the Tata communications team as 'another step in supporting technology in both London and Europe.'
Technology was, of course, the theme of the evening with speaker, Sir Clive Woodward discussing the merits of understanding digital data in order for businesses to stay ahead. Woodward himself is a pioneer of sport science, obtaining data on his players, as well as their opponents, to lead England up the rankings to first place.
Michelin starred chef, Joel Robuchon provided the canapés for the 150 staff and guests present - but we weren't there for the food…
Our finest moment came when Vinod Kumar, managing director and CEO of Tata Communications, who had flown in from Singapore, declared the new space 'probably the best office we have in the whole world.'
In a report in the Telegraph, chief marketing director for Tata, Julie Woods-Moss described Saracen and the project: "Our new London office is a fantastic showcase of the Tata Communications brand. We have worked with one of London's top design agencies to create a dynamic, energizing space that encourages collaboration and brings out the best in our teams, to innovate and to lead in the market."
To be described as 'one of London's top design agencies' and have your work exalted by a prominent client in a national newspaper… Well, it will take a lot to top that when it comes to the highlights of the year !
