Saracen Interiors is now completing works for Yum Restaurants International on a weekly basis as the relationship between its Small Works and Facilities Management Divisions and the owner of the KFC and Pizza Hut brands continues to develop.
The leading office interiors specialist undertakes a broad spectrum of work for Yum including fit out projects, office moves and churn, the sourcing and installation of furniture, power and data installations, garden and car park maintenance, gutter cleaning and external building pressure cleaning, along with general interior and exterior building repair work.
Saracen was first contracted to Yum in 2003 and has continued to build a long-lasting relationship ever since. Recent works include a bespoke learning zone fit out at Yum’s UK headquarters in Woking in 2011. The work was turned around within two weeks with the team completing the project during office hours, causing minimum disruption to the building’s occupants. The fit out expert has also completed similar projects at Yum’s Cardiff and Newcastle training facilities, demonstrating that it can provide the same level of personal service and high standard of delivery anywhere in the UK.
Amanda Bellia, Facilities Manager for Yum Restaurants International, comments: “We have developed a strong relationship with Saracen over the last decade and trust them to regularly complete our small works projects and facilities management jobs. We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership and I’m confident that their reliable team will continue to deliver a great quality of service.”
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is delighted to have Yum’s endorsement: “We have worked hard to build this relationship and we are seeing this work pay off in the level and scope of jobs that get listed for Yum each month. We are particularly happy that our team has become a regular fixture on Yum’s premises.”
