Saracen have done it once again! The team have successfully signed a contract with Science Projects for their relocation from London to Basingstoke. The project size is set at 7 000 square ft and includes a vast spectrum of work, ranging from the relocation of industrial machinery to full electrical and mechanical installation.

Science Projects is a not-for-profit organisation specialising in the field of interactive exhibitions and exhibits. The Saracen design and build experts, seek to make the Science Projects move as effortless as possible, providing a space where the organisation can continue creating magnificent displays.
The relocation from the existing warehouse to a new warehouse in Basingstoke will require new lighting, 3-phrase power, mechanical extract, as well as data to be installed to facilitate the client’s unique equipment. A new resin floor finish will be laid to make the floors more durable and suitable for the nature of the works. Special Jumbo ply partitioning will be added to the warehouse to create individual work bays and heavy haulage will be used to relocate larger containers and specialist equipment and machinery.
The Saracen team aims to make the move seamless and create the optimum
warehouse space for the Science Projects equipment and daily running needs. Designing a layout of the lighting, power and data that will fit the nature of the equipment and new location will be the main task to ensure a successful move.
