Project: Small Works Office Design & Fit Out
Project Size: 3,500 sq ft
Timeline: 4 weeks
The complete fit out project was awarded based on the company’s creative space planning and design, which maximised the use of all available space, including the basement area. All work was completed within four weeks, to a tight deadline and comprised of the stripping out of existing fixtures and fittings, partitioning to create different treatment rooms in the basement, the installation of lighting and power, carpeted and laminated
flooring throughout and the fitting of stair cases, skirting and balustrading. The team also sourced and installed all furniture and signage, refurbished the ceilings in the studios, (maintaining the integrity of the old wood), and painted all rooms.
Joint Managing Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is equally delighted with the project: “As this is our first proper venture into fitness and leisure, it’s great that the client is so enthused with the quality of our work and the level of delivery as well as our designs. We are looking forward to exploring further opportunities in this sector and would hope to work with more brands like The Wellbeing Space going forward.”
Liz Curry-Hyde, Managing Director of The Wellbeing Space comments: “The team at Saracen allowed itself time to understand the business and how it is run in order to best address The Wellbeing Space’s needs. This personal approach worked well during the initial design process and, as a result, the team was then able to go on and make the best use of space in keeping with the budget.
