Another great project for long term client Firstsource
A complete, innovative and new design and build fit out with a budget value of circa £1M.
The project involved the CAT B -fit out of the ground and first floors of the building, making it suitable for the clients’ very specific needs and requirements. The contract spanned across an array of fit-out disciplines, which include partitioning, glazing, mechanical and electrical design, modification and upgrading, flooring, interior decorating, security, access control, fire alarm installation, a kitchen area with commercial fridges, bespoke joinery, manifestation as well as blinds.
Saracen also relocated the high-capacity standby generator from the existing buildings to the new site with all the complications that brings with it.
The programme was extremely tight, with works on site beginning on the 4th of January 2022 and the project being successfully handed over on time and budget on the 11th of March 2022.
