The fast-track, refurbishment project, completed within four weeks by Saracen Small Works division, included the adding of partitions, mending to the roof and floor areas and the replacement and repair of worn panels along with the installation of new fixtures and fittings and general refreshing and decoration throughout. The new office space now boasts a feature wall and a bar, complete with an eye-catching mural to reflect and complement the brand.

Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is delighted to have been involved in the company’s first venture away from dry land: “This has proven to be a real quirky project and one we have had great fun being involved in. Our Small Works division has an expert team who pride themselves on a truly flexible and creative approach when it comes to the smaller, fast-track projects. Grip Media’s project is a most welcome addition to the portfolio as it has presented fresh challenges and given the team the opportunity to exercise its skill-set in a new environment.”

Saracen took a considered approach to the brief to make sure all our needs were met while providing us with dynamic and fresh creative surroundings that should inspire the team and have a real impact on productivity while giving us the space needed to grow both the business and the team.
This is an exciting time for the agency and the new location and workspace reflects and underpins our current status.
