Saracen were approached by long standing client CH2M Hill to address a number of complex issues with their European head office. Works to all aspects of the building including the lifts which are already maintained by Saracen’s Facilities Division, repairs to the roof and
external facades as well as comprehensive interior works were required.
Saracen also completed the refurbishment of the substantial car park which had suffered with drainage issues for an extended period of time. All work was carried out with the client in occupation so a detailed phasing plan to ensure minimum disruption was
