As experts in the field of office design and refurbishment, Saracen has successfully been signed on by Parkside (Aldershot and District Learning Disability). The team signed a contract with the registered charity for a full refurbishment of their center. The size of the project is 4 068 square ft and is valued at £144 593.53. With one of their other centers recently closing in Farnborough, Parkside aims to brighten up their offices to cater for more individuals in Hampshire.
Project Overview
The Saracen team has worked tirelessly with Parkside to finalise the scope of the project, the look and feel and timeline. This contract entails new partioning, space planning for new sensory and pip rooms, new lighting to brighten the space, new furnishings and toilet facilities. The project expands further into designing an updated look for the reception area, new and additional external door sets and windows as well as new floor finishes and bespoke carpentry. Parkside takes care in the work that they do and Saracen feel confident in producing the perfect environment for them to do just that.
Charity Timeline
Parkside is a certified charity that provides support services for children and adults with learning disabilities living in Hampshire, Surrey and surrounding areas. Parkside aims to give the individuals an opportunity to develop their individual skills and be active members of the local community. The Saracen team is pleased to be a part of making their facilities homely, welcoming and fresh. The project is broken up into 4 phases and spread over 12 weeks to ensure the continuity of the charity.
